Unique Daily Affirmations is a free affirmation tool that provides daily motivation to help you succeed in your endeavors and make positive changes in your life. Through uplifting statements and quotes, these affirmations help you believe in yourself and bring about personal growth.

To use the app effectively, simply hold down the large gray button to reveal your daily affirmation. It is recommended to repeat the statement out loud, and for even better results, say it in front of a mirror. This practice stimulates both sight and sound, enhancing the impact of the affirmation on your subconscious mind.

Research has shown that repetitive exposure to affirmations helps ingrain positive thoughts and beliefs in the mind. Therefore, it is encouraged to think about the daily affirmation throughout the day, allowing it to become a truth in your subconscious.

For instructions on how to navigate the app:
<ul>
 <li>Press and hold the large gray button to reveal today's affirmation.</li>
 <li>Tap the bottom left icon for options such as sharing, saving, or skipping the affirmation.</li>
 <li>To view your list of favorite affirmations, swipe left to delete or tap on a specific affirmation.</li>
 <li>To add your own affirmations, tap on the bottom left icon, then select "Add Your Own". These custom affirmations will appear in your favorites list.</li>
 <li>If you want to record yourself saying an affirmation, tap the top right REC icon and press the red button to start recording. You can save one recording per affirmation.</li>
 <li>To add personal backgrounds, access the bottom right icon, then choose "My Backgrounds". Any selected background will appear in one of your daily affirmations.</li>
</ul>

The "All Access" subscription provides several benefits:
<ul>
 <li>Removal of ads (even if you decide to cancel)</li>
 <li>Email notifications for your favorite affirmations</li>
 <li>No limits on phone alerts, recordings, or personal backgrounds</li>
 <li>Ability to set the daily affirmation as a phone alert</li>
 <li>Option to customize background and font for each favorite affirmation</li>
</ul>

Please note that notifications are subject to device limits.

The "All Access" subscription is priced at a monthly rate and automatically renews at the same cost as the initial month. Payment is charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase, and renewal is processed within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You have the option to turn off auto-renewal at any time from your iTunes Account settings.
